Among the many things I learned at TBEX the first and foremost is that Travel Bloggers like to party!!!
And they love their social media.
Thanks to some healthy badge competition on foursquare, I checked in all around NYC during my 6 TBEX days and was able afterwards to (remember) track all the places I’d been and with whom.

The Irish Pub on Friday night was my call. I worked in the ‘hood for many years and the boys always take care of me and my peeps. To be fair, up until two weeks ago it was a hole in the wall. Only just expanded into its massive space recently. But lucky for us it did – otherwise it wouldn’t have accommodated all of us!
