Now that planning is underway for my Croatia trip, the excitement is building. It’s so much fun reading about the places I want to visit, one of which is picturesque Zagreb with its different faces — from the medieval charm of Upper Town to the European flavor found in Lower Town.

I love this sunset photo. I snapped it quickly from my iPhone so it’s not the best quality but the colors of the sky are amazing nonetheless and remind me fondly of when it was taken: 4th of July on my father’s deck with the family, enjoying wine and each other’s company.

Looking for a taste sensation? Then look no further than the creamy mozzarella perfection at Obikà Mozzarella Bar in midtown New York. I was treated to a tasting of their imported bufala mozzarellas which are handmade using milk from water buffalo, a protected process specific to the Campania region in Italy, and every bite was pure heaven.
