The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has certainly received a great deal of criticism over the last couple of years — from the long controversy over body scanner effectiveness, consumer privacy and health safety, to TSA agents’ moral and legal actions…and the complaints continue to pile up, about 900 of them a month.
